| Private Lending Account Executives generate originations for residential and commercial mortgages, as well as construction loans. The successful Account Executive has the ability to develop deal flow directly with buyers and investors, and create referral sources with mortgage brokers and realtors that deliver on-going leads. The ideal candidate has experience developing new business in the financial services or real estate industries. Familiarity with the loan application process and the basic rules that regulate the mortgage industry is a plus. The most qualified candidates are self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to keep pace with a fast-paced and high performance environment. |

| Regional Managers assume responsibilities for planning and meeting production in defined geographic areas for our private loan product line that includes residential and commercial mortgages, as well as construction loans. The successful Regional Manager has the ability to attract and motivate high performing sales teams. The ideal candidate has sales management experience. Familiarity with the basic rules of the mortgage industry is a plus. The most qualified candidates demonstrate a solid sales management track record and a passion for increased levels of achievement. |

| Location: Coral Gables |
| Description: Internship opportunities are available for high school graduates and college students looking to explore a career in real estate. Interns will be exposed to all real estate lines of business in which Benworth operates. Interns will spend the majority of their time in our Private Lending and Real Estate departments. Duties will primarily include supporting sales activities to originate private loans and secure properties to sell. Candidates selected for internships will also provide support to mortgage loan processors and administrative staff to gain exposure to the back-office functions of the loan approval, underwriting and funding processes. Interns will also be assigned special projects related to market research, social networking and search engine optimization. |
